3. Film Submissions & Creative Materials

 

All film submissions, scripts, concepts, pitch decks, trailers, ideas, treatments, and related materials submitted to DARKODE are submitted voluntarily and at the sender’s own risk.

Submission of materials does not create any partnership, fiduciary relationship, confidentiality obligation, employment relationship, representation agreement, or guarantee of acquisition, financing, production, or distribution.

DARKODE is not responsible or liable for:

  • alleged similarities between submitted materials and existing or future projects;

  • unauthorized third-party access;

  • loss of data or materials;

  • intellectual property disputes;

  • theft claims;

  • idea overlap;

By submitting materials, the sender confirms they possess all necessary rights and legal authority to submit such content.
